 Circle towelette/pad/wipe machines offer maximum multi-lane packaging productivity (360 to 540 packages per-minute in a typical 6-lane arrangement) in ruggedly dependable, production proven designs. Units are available with either an electronic (full servo, PLC control, touchscreen interface) or mechanical (clutch/ brake, PLS control) configuration. Applications include:

Circle Towelette Machines draw towelette material from individual rolls or a single roll, slit (if from a single roll), fan fold, cut, cross fold, and insert formed towelettes into pouches. The pouches with the inserted towelettes are injected with the appropriate liquid prior to being sealed on the fourth side. Individual packages are then slit and cut apart.
Circle Single-Fold and No-Fold Machines draw pad/wipe material from a roll, slit, cut, cross fold (if a single-fold application) and insert formed pads or wipes into pouches. The pouches are then injected, sealed, and separated.
