AL Sleeve from Clearpack is a line of machines for the automatic application of heat shrink sleeves. Designed for platstic which if 'slipped' on the product, allows them to be sealed or labelled to provide an innovative and effective decoration.

The machines of the AL Sleeve series are divided into two series. The T Series for heat shrink sleeves and the S Series for stretch film sleeves.

The T Series is a versatile and compact system for the application of heat shrink sleeves (PET, PVC or Polypropylene). This machine is made of stainless steel and can easily be installed into existing lines. Various models are available from 50 to 500ppm with the possibility of handling products up to 350mm in diameter.

The S Series is based on the elasticity of the polyethylene film. The machines "slip" it around the product from above and release it at the correct height, following the shape of the container. The S series is capable of wrapping round, square or rectangular shaped products and are available in both semi-automatic or fully-automatic rotary versions which can achieve up to 300ppm depending on the product shape.
