Liquid Fillers

When it comes to liquid filling, the GWm filling system offers high versatility, less maintenance, easy cleaning and high accuracy. The filling process consists of a few simple steps: - Bottle detection (no bottle, no fill) - Filling begins with low floor for foaming products - Gradually filling with a faster flow - Ending with a low flow for accuracy, weight control, correction and data recording after filling operation is complete. The rod of the filling  valve is operated by pneumatic air and product flows by gravity into the bottle. For products with viscosity, the tank can be pressurized with filtered air during production to achieve optimum filling results.
