Tray Formers

Our Tray Former is an automatic, reliable and economic tray-forming machine. Capable of forming trays from flat die cut blanks to either corner lock trays or corner glue trays. This machine is simple in design, making it user friendly and easy to maintain. The Tray former is air operated, and can accommodate trays with or without hinges. Its intermittent/continuous cycling capability allows production of up to 1500 trays per hour.
