 The vertical cartoner is a pneumatically operated, intermittent motion machine. Its compact design features feature an easy to access carton magazine, hand crank adjustment for fast changeover and is available with either a tuck closure station, or hot melt and gluing stations.
The machine begins operation when a flat, pre-glued sleeve is pulled via vacuum from the carton supply magazine. The bottom of the carton is closed and the carton is presented (vertically) to a single product load station. Following the loading of product, the carton is closed and the completed package is discharged from he machine.
