Our Wrap Around System is specifically designed to wrap around the product and seal it in either a case, carton or tray.

The machine forms blank corrugated or paperboard cartons/ cases into a “U” shape and transports it to the product load station.  Products can be loaded manually or automatically and move through a gluing stations. For a full wrap-around style, a right angle transfer device accommodates the side joint for gluing. The carton or case is then discharged as a completed package.

The Wrap Around System handles a wide variety of carton/cases sizes and can is capable of wrapping up to 1200 cartons per hour.
