Our semi-auto carton sealer provides a low cost, first step to reducing labour and automating the case packing process. It is capable of packing all types of multi-packed cartoned, canned, and miscellaneous products.

The semi-auto carton sealer begins operating when products are fed into the machine via the infeed belt conveyor. The machine then automatically collates products into the appropriate pack pattern. An operator then places a case onto the horizontal loading station by positioning the open end of the case over the loading funnel and presses the foot pedal. The product is then automatically loaded into the positioned case. Finally the loaded cases is then pneumatically lowered onto its bottom .
