With the combination of the REVO Form Fill Seal Machine and the associated downstream HVML Bag Sealing Machine you can realise a multitude of bag forms. Adapting your Form Fill Seal Machine to the constantly changing demands of the market place is possible at any time with the minimum of effort.

A choice of filling the bags through the forming tube of the Form Fill Seal Machine or directly on the downstream HVML Bag Sealing Machine is available. This allows the machine combination to be optimised to the product characteristics. Powder products can be packed virtualy dust free and fragile products can be carefully packed directly from a weigher into the pre-formed bags.

The number and type of function stations is dependend on the customer´s specific application. The base model of the HVML Bag Sealing Machine is equipped with a bag transfer station, a Vibration station and a sealing station for the top of the bag. Further stations are available for the 90° bag top folding, 270° bag top folding, bag top label application, bag rear side label application, hot glue sealing, clip tie sealing (with wire or plastic clips) as well as various product dosing and feed units.

The comprehensive use of servomotors (where justified) enables set up times to be kept to a minimum. The relevant system control parameter are stored in individual product codes on an industrial PC, which can be easily accessed at any time via a colour touch screen. The REVO Form Fill Seal Machine is equipped with an independent control system with a touch screen as MMI.
