Intermittant Bagger

REVO - Intermittant Bagger can be used for all types of common vffs-bags as well as for special designs. Featuring: - Low wear & tear sealing systems (heatseal, constant heat or impulse welding, ultra-sonic sealing as option). - Securely sealed bags because of high mechanical jaw pressure (servo-actuated lever drive);       opening width of cross jaws variable (can be stored under the product code) as well as cross-jaw pressure (pressure setting can also be stored – as option). - Industrial PC-control (B&R) with colour touch-screen; including 100 product code settings (up to 1000 as option), various operator access levels (password protected), slot for memory card (to safe data), ethernet interface and remote service software (as option); all REVO-models can also be equipped with a SIEMENS PLC-control (S7) as alternative. - Automatic film tracking. - Vacuum supported film transport (option). - No painted parts on the machine; easy to clean and access (full stainless steel option also available). - Quick film reel changeover by pneumatically actuated splicing table. - Variable body height. - Low wear & tear, highly efficient, quick changeover.
