REVO "E" – An entry level Bagger

The Revo "E" can be used for all types of common vffs-bags and also for special designs.
Features include:

- Low wear & tear sealing systems (heatseal, constant heat or impulse welding, ultra-sonic sealing also available).

- Securely sealed bags because of high jaw pressure (lever drive, actuated by gear motor with frequency inverter).

- Easy-to-operate SIEMENS plc with 6" touch screen (touch screen installed in cabinet`s wall),
   20 product code memories, fault diagnostics.

- No painted parts on the machine; easy to clean and access (full stainless steel option also available).

- Variable body height.

- Quick film reel changeover by pneumatically actuated splicing table.

- Low wear & tear achieved by directly flanged drives (no chains, toothed belts or cardan shafts).

- Possibility of upgrading – all REVO "E"-models can be retrofitted with servo-motors for the cross jaw drive and for the film transport, in order to meet higher speed requirements; the retrofitting can be done on site.
