This highly compact, mechanically/pneumatically driven machine is predestined for the economical packaging of snacks, sweets and food products and is suitable for various applications including; Pillow or 3-side-sealed bags and also for 4-side-sealed bags as well as tetrahedron-shaped bags. Almost all heat sealable wrapping materials can be used.

The wrapping material coming from the flat reel is formed into a hose, the exact product weight is filled in and the film is then sealed to form the finished bag. The entire film transport is affected particularly precisely. A photoelectric control unit ensures the exact positioning of the printed image.

All machine functions are controlled by the user-friendly PLC control unit, which has upt to 100 production programs that can be installed in memory. The operator can regulate all necessary parameters by means of a touch screen panel.
